New senior living facility introduced to North Logan

Maple Springs, an independent and assisted living facility, is building a second location in North Logan. Located on the corner of 2200 North and 400 East in North Logan, it is the first project to be developed in North Logan’s new City Center.

“There is a lot of excitement for our North Logan location because we feel that we can offer the highest level of care Cache Valley would expect to receive,” said Tate Wood, the community relations director for the Maple Springs located in Brigham City. “We are here to exceed the expectations of everyone in valley.”

The building will be approximately 1140,000 square feet, consisting of 113 units. A majority of these units are for assisted living or rehabilitation while a select dozen are focused toward memory care.

Rex Larsen, the community relations director for this new project, said Maple Springs Management has incorporated many extra accommodations into the facility to make sure residents are happy and comfortable.

“The mission of Maple Springs is to help seniors who are unable to be alone or need more help than is being received at home,” Larsen said. “We work to help them lead a better life and make sure they are happy during last part of journey.”

The new facility will be accommodated with a bistro that provides 24/7 soft serve ice cream, a movie theater with a stage, a salon and massage room, a rehabilitation gym along with several more additions Larsen said will provide residents with all they could need.

Maple Springs Management along with architects Beecher Walker Associates and Highmark Construction broke ground for this project on Oct. 21. Maple Springs Management plans to finish building in November. More information can found at http://www.maplespringsliving.com or by calling 435-723-9100
